The Cabinet of Ministers supported the establishment of a quota for the immigration of five thousand foreign highly qualified specialists for employment in Ukrainian IT companies.

Ukrainian IT companies can now invite five thousand specialists who will be able to obtain a residence permit in Ukraine.

Thanks to the government’s decision, they will not need to issue an employment permit in our country annually. They will be able to work in Ukraine, having the same rights as our citizens.

There will be no specific terms of stay in the country. Each employer will solve this issue by drawing up a contract with a particular specialist.

Also among the privileges of such a decision – an IT specialist will be able to come to the country with his family while working in Ukraine.

And one more thing – they will get the right to open PE.
