The service of conducting a preliminary information search of a trademark (mark for goods and services) for identity and similarity is carried out in order to verify the originality of your designation (trademark).

In order to avoid refusal to register a TM due to novelty, we recommend conducting a search.

Information search is carried out only through Ukrapatent, which makes it possible for the applicant to check the claimed mark for identity and similarity with registered or filed for registration of TM.
