In Art. 205 КУоАП expanded the list of actions for which citizens who have invited or accept foreigners in Ukraine can be fined in the amount of 100 to 500 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.

So, for failure to inform the migration service about the untimely departure of a foreigner from the territory of Ukraine, a fine in the amount of UAH 1,700 to 3,400 is threatened.

If the citizen also provides the guest with accommodation and transport, then the sanction increases to 5,100 UAH.
