To enter the territory of Ukraine during quarantine, foreigners and stateless persons must have:
- – insurance, which covers the costs associated with the treatment of COVID-19, observation, and is valid for the entire period of stay in Ukraine;
- – negative test for COVID-19 by polymerase chain reaction, which was conducted no more than 72 hours before crossing the state border (except for foreigners and stateless persons under 12 years of age).
Insurance can be issued by an insurance company registered in Ukraine or a foreign insurance company that has a representative office in Ukraine or a contractual relationship with a partner insurance company in Ukraine.
Also, from May 2, 2021, there are separate entry rules for foreigners and citizens of Ukraine who were in India.
